Thymus vulgaris L., leaf and flower, rubbed, controlled organic cultivation.
Indication
for bronchitis, whooping cough and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract
Use
As a tea: pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon per cup, leave to brew for 20 minutes, strain and drink 3 cups per day. Cure over 6-8 weeks.
As a bath additive: Pour 4 litres of boiling water over 500 g, leave to stand for 10 minutes, strain and pour into the bath water.
Caution. Do not use thyme in large quantities during pregnancy.
