Icelandic Moss BIO - 15gIcelandic moss (Cetraria islandica), also known as staghorn lichen, was native to the northern regions of Europe. Now it also grows in the south, but in the south only at higher altitudes.
The moss becomes up to 12cm high, the Tiebe branches off antler-like. They are brown-green on the upper side and white green on the underside.
The moss is collected in late summer when the weather is dry. Then it is slowly dried in darkness to preserve the ingredients.
